Our Staff Training

All our staff are trained to the highest levels through our on going training programme. The programme comprises of a series of sessions covering the various aspects of crowd safety, fire safety, evacuation procedures, first aid and now the new S.I.A door supervisor and man guarding training. As a continuation of the training, All Events Security personnel are assessed on a regular basis by a team of fully trained assessors.
Only when staff have achieved all the C.E.M.S (Certificate in Event and Match day Stewarding) modules listed below, will they be afforded the opportunity to take further qualifications to meet their individual skills. Other areas of training include minimum force restraint technique and search procedures. At All Events Security, we keep a comprehensive record of all staff employed including training records.

The 'Assessment of stewards / security / door supervisors' measures the following:
- Ability to perform his/her duties to a national standard of competence.
- Evidence of knowledge and understanding via written and oral tests.
- Observation of the steward in his/her role whilst undertaking duties.
