All Events Security was formed in May of 2000. We brought together a vast amount of experience in spectator control. Not only in football, but also in any event that attracts large crowds.
The late Bob Hardman, founder of All Events Security, had eight years experience as a Nationwide Football League Safety Officer, dealing with safety management and training of Stewards to not only the standards required by the Football League but also to the F.S.Q. (Football Stewarding Qualification), which is an excellence in steward training.
Bob passed on his vast knowledge to his son Kenneth Hardman which has helped AES to go from strength to strength. Kenny has enlisted Darlington College and also Middlesbrough College to provide AES with up to date training and on going assessment to all of the AES staff which includes, CEMS (Certificate in Event and Match day Stewarding) SIA (Security Industry Authority) in door supervisors and static security staff.
Our Event Management team consists of both C.E.M.S trained stewards and stewards trained to the National Standard (Modules 1-8) of the stewards training package. We can also supply A1 and A2 award Assessors in spectator control.
We run professional units that can travel anywhere at short notice.
